I try to discourage “diets”, as they are often only a temporary fix. I do encourage an 80/20 rule for promoting a long-term healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet combined with exercise will definitely help you achieve your goals much faster than one or the either alone. Both will ensure that you keep off any excess weight for a long time!
No, gym will give you more opportunity, but I can also provide a dumbbells only workout as well.
The consultation will last 15-20 minutes. You get the opportunity to discuss your goals, your current and previous fitness levels, any on-going health issues, your lifestyle, nutrition, etc. and to ask any further questions.
